Goat's cheese

Cheese made using only fresh goat's milk from the characteristic pastures Sardinia is known for. Produced in the classic cylindrical shape, it has a soft, white interior covered with edible white mould, with fresh milk and yoghurt aromas. A mild-flavoured, highly digestible cheese, rich in proteins and mineral salts, that gives off the aromas and fragrances of the local grasses typically found in this wonderful region.
