The strong taste of classic ewe's milk cheese with the addition of craft beer pairs tradition and innovation perfectly. The cheese Sardinia is best known for enriched with the addition of craft lager made using "Senatore Cappelli" durum wheat by the Birrificio 4 Mori brewery in the old Montevecchio mine building. An innovative offering that reacquaints the palate with unique aromas embodying the age-old cheesemaking tradition of this wonderful region. Dense soft interior with intense, fragrant flavour enriched with the skilful selection of barley malts.
